Dear customer,

Please be aware that you will be asked to provide a valid working phone number prior to your article being shipped. This is necessary in order for the seller to stay in contact with the buyer and be able to notify the latter about any important information regarding the buyer’s purchase. Without being successfully able to provide us with a valid working phone number, your shipment will be delayed.

Also, it is your duty to fully inspect the parcel for any signs of severe damage that may have been caused during shipping. Indeed, do NOT sign the release document before having thoroughly examined the parcel. As fright companies do not permit the recipient to open the parcel before they sign the release document, we strongly encourage you to take the time to look for any noticeable signs of damage on the packaging itself. In a situation where a parcel is severely damaged, insurance will be provided by the concerned freight company. This being said, know that ENGINE LAND does NOT hold itself responsible for such incidents and therefore, ENGINE LAND does not provide insurance for damages to your article caused by mishandling during shipping as ENGINE LAND has no power over how and by whom your article is handled throughout the process of shipping. Please note that if you sign the release document without having inspected the parcel for any signs of damage, the freight company will automatically be relieved of all responsibility and there will be NO reimbursement for the damages caused to your article during shipping.
